Where did it all go?
Every dollar of income flows into one clear allocation bar: housing, groceries, fun, savings. No logging in to three accounts to add it up in your head.
See your money flow →CASHO gives couples, families and housemates one warm, real-time dashboard for income, spending, budgets and subscriptions, so everyone can see exactly where the money goes, without the awkward conversations.
2 minutes to set up · no card · no bank login
Most money tools are built for one person staring at a bank feed. CASHO is built for the people who actually share the bills, and it answers the three questions every household keeps asking.
Every dollar of income flows into one clear allocation bar: housing, groceries, fun, savings. No logging in to three accounts to add it up in your head.
See your money flow →See each person's share of income and spending side by side: net contribution, what's owed back, the lot. Fairness becomes a fact on screen, not an argument over dinner.
Meet your members →Motivating budgets with a goal-aware savings ring tell you you're on track, or quietly flag the unused subscriptions you could cancel. Calm, not nagging.
Set a savings goal →No bank connection means you add what matters yourself. It takes seconds, it keeps your banking details out of it, and it’s exactly what makes you pay attention.
Couple, family, flatmates or just you. CASHO tailors the roles, the copy and which numbers lead. Set up takes about two minutes.
No bank login, no synced feed. Adding a transaction takes seconds, and it’s the moment you actually notice where the money’s going.
Every dollar flows into one clear allocation bar, split by person and category, updating in real time for everyone in the household.
Pick your household type when you start, and CASHO tailors the roles, the copy and which numbers lead, so it feels built for you, not bolted on.
A shared dashboard with each person’s contribution and spend side by side, plus a joint savings goal. Two minutes together on a Sunday, not a spreadsheet stand-off.
A family savings goal (that trip), kids’ allowance tracking, and a bigger category set for childcare, school and activities. Let the kids learn to log.
Settle-up tags show who’s owed back and who owes the house, with a “who’s paid what” view, so the awkward chat sorts itself out.
A tax set-aside figure, a cash buffer with months of runway, and a “safe to spend” number after tax and bills. Just you, finally clear.
Yes, that means adding transactions yourself. It takes a few seconds, the whole household shares the load, and it’s the exact moment you catch the subscription you meant to cancel. No bank login, no synced feed, nothing leaves your hands.
CASHO tracks and organises money. It never connects to a bank, imports transactions, or moves real money. General information only, not financial advice.
No open banking, no stored credentials, no imported feed. CASHO only ever holds what your household types in.
Adding what matters yourself takes seconds, and it’s the moment you notice the subscription you forgot to cancel.
Each household’s data is walled off from every other at the database level. Another household can never see yours.
Here’s how CASHO tends to land for each kind of household.
“We stopped having the monthly money fight. Now we just open CASHO together for two minutes on a Sunday and we’re done. The flow bar alone was worth it.”
“Four of us in a share house and nobody knew who owed what. CASHO’s settle-up tags ended the spreadsheet chaos overnight. Genuinely the calmest our kitchen whiteboard has ever been.”
“I love that there’s no bank connection, I add things myself and actually pay attention. The smart budgeting suggestions trimmed $90/mo we didn’t notice we were leaking.”

No. CASHO tracks and organises money; it doesn’t move money, pay bills, or transfer funds. Settle-up shows who owes whom; the actual payment happens outside CASHO.
